My Executive Chef wife and I created Secret Shoppers business in Coeur d' Alene Idaho. We contracted with fast food to full service restaurants, night clubs with live music and the Coeur d' Alene Dog Racing Track. The Dog Track sat several hundred people with multiple food and beverage outlets from fast food to fine dining.
