* His full service Mediterranean restaurant, Capers, was featured in Gourmet Magazine and won a "Top Ten" restaurant rating in the Spokane area, and was "Best of Brunch".
* He was the concept designer, menu developer, equipment buyer, interviewer, trainer and night club music contractor for the Fairbanks Entertainment Center. This included a 320 seat restaurant,. 350 seat night club, food and beverage service for a 20 lane automated bowling alley.
